Spiritual Director’s Cottage

In April 2024, the CCR completed the construction and furnishing of the Spiritual Director’s Cottage. This dwelling now hosts CCR founder B. Alan Wallace in retreat, teaching, and leadership presence, as he continues an extended retreat at Miyo Samten Ling hermitage (CCR North America), practicing and guiding in community with our group of dedicated contemplatives who are engaged in the important work of contemplative science.

The Spiritual Director’s Cottage was built with elegant simplicity, longevity, and environmental sustainability in mind, aligning beautifully and carefully with the special environment that is Crestone, Colorado.
