Projects within the CCR’s Education program fall into the following categories:

Structured Curricula

Experiential learning programs through an introspection-based model for cultivating genuine well-being, based on the Sixfold Matrix of Mental Balance

Curriculum modules for each facet of the matrix: conation, ethics, attention, cognition, emotion, spirituality. 

Public Teachings and Dialogue​

In-person and virtual gatherings sharing accessible contemplative training techniques and insights

Curated and dynamic media content exploring contemplative science, including with experts in other disciplines and wisdom traditions

Retreats

In-person and virtual retreats led by CCR expert teachers, for multi-day explorations of contemplative science philosophies and practices

Partnerships

Shared initiatives with other organizations interested in exploring the nature and potentials of consciousness and genuine well-being

Inter-contemplative, interreligious teachings, practices, and dialogue exploring contemplative traditions and philosophies in Buddhism, Christianity, and the Samkhya yoga traditions.
