Meditation Session
In this guided meditation, Dr. Eva Natanya first invites us to attend to the subtle movements of energy throughout the body. In closely attending to these sensations, we find the energetic center of our being: the heart. From that center, she invites us to explore our various sources of motivation, resting in that which gives us the most authentic sense of joy – a “truth-given joy.” Dr. Natanya then guides us in a visualization to connect us with our highest potential by cultivating steady and unwavering compassion for every sentient being.
What is Ghatika Monthly?
Ghatika Monthly is an in-person and virtual gathering held on the 2nd Saturday of every month, in which CCR expert teachers offer accessible guidance in foundational yet transformative contemplative practices. Ghatika is the Sanskrit term for one 24-minute meditation session, which is the recommended length for beginning meditators. We offer these sessions freely to ensure that anyone can access contemplative techniques for cultivating a healthier, more balanced mind.
