Griffin loves to laugh and has been a spiritual seeker all his life. During the COVID-19 lockdown, he had the great fortune of finding Dr. Wallace and Dr. Natanya’s online shamatha teachings, which radically altered his approach to Buddhism and contemplative practice in general. After winding his way through jobs in teaching, college department administration, and estate planning, Griffin jumped at the opportunity to join the CCR as Development and Operations Manager in the summer of 2024. He is honored to help the CCR share the practices and frameworks that have so profoundly and positively influenced his wellbeing over the years. Griffin earned his B.A. in Religion from the University of Rochester in 2019, and his Master’s in Effective Teaching from the Sposato Graduate School of Education in 2021.
